All artwork displayed on this website is created and owned by the artist . Every piece — including prints, commissioned artwork, and digital files — is protected under copyright law from the moment it is created.

This means:

  • You may not copy, screenshot, reproduce, edit, print, or distribute any artwork without permission.

  • You may not use the artwork for commercial, promotional, or personal projects unless you have purchased the appropriate rights.​

Images shown on this site are for display purposes only. You are not permitted to:

  • screenshot or download the artwork

  • upload the images elsewhere

  • edit or enhance any images

  • print any images

Commissioned Artwork

Commissioned artwork is created exclusively for the client. Commissions do not grant reproduction rights. You may not resell or reprint the artwork. The artwork may not be used commercially. The commission includes the physical print and personal display rights only.

Prints & Usage Rights

​

When you purchase a print, you are purchasing the physical product, not the rights to the artwork itself.​

You may not recreate, photocopy, or scan the print, use the artwork to create merchandise or resell any sort of copies.

Refunds & Order Policies

​​

Prints are produced to order. All sales are final. Returns or refunds are not offered.

​​​

  • Customers must carefully check that their order details are correct before purchase.​

  • If a product arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of its arrival with clear photos of the damage and packaging. A replacement will be sent free of charge.

  • If the incorrect size/print is sent, a replacement will be given free of charge.

  • The store is not responsible for any dissatisfaction unrelated to damage or incorrect items.

Delivery 

​

Delivery usually takes 2 - 4 working days once the order has been printed. Customers must select Standard Delivery at checkout unless a different arrangement has been personally agreed with the seller in advance.

  • If the alternative delivery option is chosen without prior agreement, the order will not be processed until the correct delivery fee has been paid.

Your Photos & Permissions

 

By submitting reference photos for a commission, you confirm that:

 

  • you either own the photo or have permission to use the photo

  • you allow me to create artwork based on the photo

  • you understand that the final artwork remains my copyright
